Our company has established a quality assurance system following ISO9001 “Quality Management System Standards”, which has determined the design, production, installation and service assurance modes.

1. Preparation before production
1.1 Preparation of documents and information
The company operates strictly under the requirements of the quality assurance system documents. The technology research and development department is responsible for the design of product drawings, the preparation of process documents, and the necessary tooling design and reviews to ensure the correctness of the drawings and the feasibility of the process; the procurement and supply department purchases documents according to the drawings. Preparation of inspection; quality inspection department to formulate inspection plans and inspection regulations.
1.2 Preparation of materials
The purchase of blanks, raw materials, and purchased parts must be run in a qualified supplier, and the supplier must provide a qualified quality certificate (including a certificate of conformity) when receiving the goods.

2. Process control: effective control of factors in the production process
2.1 Staff
The company conducts quality awareness training for employees so that they firmly establish the “quality first, prevention first” thinking, and provide technical training for professional and technical personnel.
2.2 Equipment
Our company’s production equipment and testing equipment can meet production needs. Equipment maintenance personnel strictly installs maintenance and maintenance plans to timely perform maintenance on production equipment to ensure that the equipment is in normal working condition. Operators install equipment management requirements to apply equipment and installation process documents to produce products. The main production process is that our company can finish independently.
2.3 Raw materials
If blanks, raw materials, and purchased parts that have been controlled before production are found to have problems in production, we follow the original “cost obeys the construction period, and the construction period obeys the quality” to take corrective measures.
2.4 Regulations
The company has established an effective quality assurance system, where everyone manages everything, rules are followed, everything is monitored, and everything is well documented. The company has formulated quality policy and quality goals and strives for perfect quality. The production equipment department arranges production strictly according to drawings, processes, and standards, and supervises the implementation of process discipline; the quality inspection department inspects, controls, checks, and ensures product compliance according to inspection plans, inspection regulations, and key control points set.
2.5 Environment
The environment is limitedly controlled. The factory area, site area, site area, and movable objects in the site are all set and managed with specific signs; the production site is neat to ensure civilized production and safe production.

3. Control of nonconforming product
When a non-conforming product appears in the production process, the inspector immediately marks the non-conforming product and isolates it, and starts the notification of the non-conforming product and the processing order. After the conclusion of the disposition is made, the responsible department is responsible for correcting and preventing measures. The inspection department conducts follow-up inspection and confirms the effect to ensure the quality of the product.

4. Product assembly and shipment
Assemble and test run according to the product assembly characteristics and technical requirements; lacquer according to the painting process; package according to the packaging technical conditions, and pass the inspection by the quality inspection department before marking and shipping.

1. Product quality commitment
The company guarantees that the products supplied are made with reasonable technology and qualified materials and meet the quality, specifications and performance requirements specified in the contract. Ensure that the product has been installed, operated and maintained properly and has satisfactory performance over its applicable life. After the product manufacturing is completed, our company conducts detailed and comprehensive testing of product quality and performance according to regulations to ensure that the quality meets the requirements and issues of product certifications and inspection records. And notify the buyer to come to the factory to inspect and accept the equipment.

The product warranty period is 12 months after the installation and commissioning are qualified. During the warranty period, our company is responsible for any deficiency or failure due to defects in design, technology, and materials, and at the same time extend the warranty period for replacement and repair parts accordingly. Outside of the warranty period, our company only charges the cost of fittings for the lifetime warranty of the valve provided.

2. Technical service commitment
2.1 Staff support
During the quality guarantee period, professional technicians are dispatched to provide the necessary training for the users. If the test finds that the performance deviates from the original technical requirements due to product quality problems, the company is responsible for solving them until the requirements are met.

2.2 Technical information
To ensure the quality of the project, the relevant technical documents and drawings specified in the bidding documents are delivered on time. Provide users with detailed technical information about new products at any time.

2.3  Service response period
Customer quality complaints, reply within 2 hours of working hours and follow up until troubleshooting.
